Instant Scheduling with HubSpot Scheduler
The guide explains how to integrate HubSpot Scheduler with Tourial by connecting your HubSpot account, adding HubSpot Meeting Links, and then embedding these meeting schedulers as clickable CTA buttons either on individual Tour Pages or the Tour Center, enabling users to book meetings via a calendar popup, with a note that when embedded on external websites, the scheduler may open in a new tab which can affect analytics tracking.
Integrate with HubSpot
If you haven't already connected your HubSpot account to Tourial, please see the relevant article to set up the integration.
You can add a HubSpot meeting event either directly to your Tour, or to your Tour Center. But first, you'll need to add the HubSpot Meeting Links you'd like available.
Adding HubSpot Meeting Links to your account
- 1.Go to Integrations > HubSpot Manage Integration.
- 2.Under Meeting Links click Add New.
- 3.Name your meeting link and then paste the URL. Click Save.
Adding a HubSpot meeting to your Tour Page
- Open the Tour you want to add a HubSpot meeting to.
- Click on the settings icon and then toggle on a CTA button under the Navbar tab.
- Go to the On Click dropdown menu and select HubSpot Scheduler. Then, select the Meeting you want to serve using the HubSpot Meeting dropdown.
- Select Done. And then be sure to hit Save and Update Live Version.
To test, open your Tour Page using the URL and click your CTA button.
Now when someone clicks your CTA button in the navbar, they'll be served a calendar popup.
Adding a HubSpot meeting to your Tour Center
- 1.Open the Tour Center you want to add a HubSpot Meeting to.
- 2.Select Navigation in the left side menu and then select "On CTA Click" and click HubSpot Meeting in the On Click Drop Down.
- 3.Click Publish and you're done!
To test, open your Tour Center using the URL and click your CTA button.
Now when someone clicks your CTA button in the navbar, they'll be served a calendar popup.
Note: When your tour or tour center is embedded on your website page, the scheduler may open in a separate tab. Tourial doesn’t control the size of the Hubspot Scheduler Modal, so in instances where the embedded Tourial content cannot fit the scheduling container modal, the scheduler will be triggered in a separate tab. In these instances, a booked Demo will not be counted in Tourial analytics and could also potentially impact contact engagement data delivery.
