Lead Forms in Pardot | Navless Product Documentation
The documentation explains how to create and connect a custom Pardot Form Handler to a Tourial form by mapping fields (including UTMs), styling the form, configuring confirmation settings, and testing the integration to ensure leads are successfully sent to Pardot.
For this, you will need to have a Pardot Form Handler created to map your Tourial form leads into your account. We recommend a custom form handler dedicated to Tourial (e.g., Tourial - Pardot Form).
Connect your Pardot Form Handler to Tourial
- 1.In Tourial, select Forms, then Create a new form.
- 2.At the top, add a form name.
- 3.Below, there are several options to add or edit fields, and style your form. First, click Content to connect your Pardot Form Handler.
- 4.You can add a headline and description text. Select Integration, then Import field.
- 5.Select the Tourial Form Handler you created.
- If you added any text fields to your Pardot Form Handler for the purpose of capturing UTMs, you'll be able to map these as well. Select Hidden from the dropdown in the form editor and then pick the corresponding UTM parameter.
- Note: Make sure the number of fields in your Tourial form matches the fields in your Pardot form, otherwise you'll potentially send empty data or the integration will fail.
- 6.Style your form as you wish by using the remaining form settings.
- 7.If you choose to show the confirmation modal, you can edit and style it under the Confirmation tab.
- 8.Save your form.
Success! 🎉
Confirm the connection by sending a test lead through the form to make sure it goes through to your Pardot account!

How to Create a Pardot Dashboard to Measure Tourial's Impact
The guide explains how to create a Pardot dashboard to measure Tourial's impact by first setting up a dynamic list that segments contacts who engaged with Tourials using specific filters (e.g., last Tourial viewed, company exclusion, session date, lifecycle stage), and then building reports such as a bar chart showing Tourial views by lifecycle stage over time to analyze engagement across marketing and sales stages.
Pardot Integration Setup with Tourial
The Pardot Integration Setup with Tourial involves connecting your Pardot account by authenticating via Salesforce and entering your Business Unit ID, creating a Marketing App Extension named "Tourial" with the API name "TourialView," setting up Pardot Form Handlers (not regular forms) for lead capture, and configuring a custom subdomain in Tourial to serve content from your own domain to enable contact-level engagement data tracking.
Engagement Data with Pardot
After integrating Pardot with Tourial, engagement data from known contacts—such as Tourial name, completion rate, and form submissions—is tracked via cookies and displayed under external activities in Pardot contact records, enabling users to segment contacts, create lists, run engagement programs, and automate actions like sending emails or adjusting scores based on Tourial interactions.
Tour Engagement Data | Navless Product Documentation
After setting up the HubSpot Integration, Tourial engagement data—including detailed metrics like time spent, clicks, form interactions, and metadata such as Tourial name, URL, and visitor IDs—is sent via HubSpot cookies to populate contact record activity feeds, enabling users to create targeted lists, workflows, and reports based on visitor interactions with Tourials within HubSpot.
Lead Forms with Marketo
This guide explains how to create and customize a Tourial form integrated with an existing Marketo form by importing fields (including hidden UTM parameters), styling the form and confirmation modal, ensuring field matching to avoid data issues, and testing lead submission to confirm successful data transfer into Marketo, with additional tips on using Tourial engagement data for advanced Marketo features.
Form Fails | Navless Product Documentation
Navless' Tourial sends email alerts to admins only for three specific form submission failures—Blocked Email, CAPTCHA enabled on HubSpot forms, and missing required fields—when using the HubSpot integration, while Marketo and Pardot users do not receive such alerts, and issues with field mismatches between Tourial and HubSpot forms can cause submission failures with internal notifications handled differently across integrations.
