Lead Forms with HubSpot | Navless Product Documentation
The documentation explains how to integrate Tourial forms with HubSpot by creating or selecting a HubSpot form, importing and mapping fields (including hidden UTM parameters) into Tourial, styling the form, configuring confirmation modals, and testing lead submission to ensure data flows correctly, while also addressing FAQs about blocking free email providers and UTM parameter passing.
For this integration, you need to have a HubSpot form already created to map your Tourial form leads into your account. This can be a custom form dedicated to Tourial or an existing form you are already using.
If you are unsure how to create a HubSpot form, refer to HubSpot's documentation.
Steps to Connect Tourial Forms with HubSpot
- 1.In the Tourial studio, select Forms, then Create a new form.
- 2.At the top, add a form name.
- 3.Below, you can add or edit fields and style your form. First, click Content to connect your HubSpot form.
- 4.You can add a headline and description text. Select Integration, then Import field.
- 5.Choose HubSpot for the integration and select a form, then Import Fields.
- If you have hidden UTM fields in your form, you can map these as well. Select Hidden from the dropdown and pick the corresponding UTM parameter.
- Note: Ensure the number of fields in your Tourial form matches the fields in your HubSpot form. Otherwise, you may send empty data or the integration may fail.
- 6.Style your form as desired using the remaining form settings.
- 7.If you choose to show the confirmation modal, you can edit and style it under the Confirmation tab.
- 8.Save your form.
Success! Confirm the connection by sending a test lead through the form to make sure it goes through to your HubSpot account.
FAQs
- 1.
We have our HubSpot form set to block free email providers. How do I set that in our Tourial form as well?
- On the email field, select "Email (non-generic)" from the Field Type dropdown menu. This uses the same list of blocked providers as HubSpot. There won't be an error message, so it's suggested to name that field something like "Work Email" or "Business Email" for clarity.
- 2.
Do UTMs pass through the Tourial form to HubSpot if a Tour is embedded on a page that has UTMs appended to the page URL?
- Yes, UTMs are passed down from the parent page to the embedded Tour if you are using the Tourial embed code and not a custom solution.
- 3.
Will forms auto-populate data if a contact is known in our HubSpot database?
- No, Tourial forms do not currently reference HubSpot databases to auto-populate a form. For example, if you have a short gate to access your Tour and then a separate demo form at the end or in the navigation, that second form will not auto-populate the person's details from the first form.
- 4.
Why isn't my form showing up in the list?
- HubSpot doesn't allow submissions to forms that have CAPTCHA turned on. You must turn CAPTCHA off on the form in HubSpot, but you can enable CAPTCHA on the form within Tourial.

Form Fails | Navless Product Documentation
Navless' Tourial sends email alerts to admins only for three specific form submission failures—Blocked Email, CAPTCHA enabled on HubSpot forms, and missing required fields—when using the HubSpot integration, while Marketo and Pardot users do not receive such alerts, and issues with field mismatches between Tourial and HubSpot forms can cause submission failures with internal notifications handled differently across integrations.
