Tour Center Analytics | Navless Product Documentation
The Tour Center Analytics page in Navless provides comprehensive insights into prospect engagement with live Tour Centers, including metrics like total loads, sessions, unique viewers, average session time, click-through rates, and engaged sessions, with both aggregate overview data and detailed individual Tour Center analytics to help understand buyer intent and conversion effectiveness.
The Tour Center Analytics page provides a single place for you to review and understand how your prospects are engaging with any of your live Tour Centers.
These insights can shed light on buyer intent levels, show you which parts of your Tour Center they're finding most interesting, and how effective your Tour Centers are in driving conversions.
First, click Analytics in the left-hand menu and select the Tour Center tab.
Tour Center Analytics Overview Page
The Overview page contains aggregate data based on a selected date range.
- Tour Center loads: Total impressions (page loads) within a selected date range for all Tour Centers, regardless of visitor engagement (hover/clicks).
- Tour Center sessions: Total number of times someone has clicked into any Tour Center or hovered over an element that triggers an action (showing they actually engaged with it).
- Tour Center unique viewers: Total number of unique individuals who have started sessions.
- Sessions line graph: Compare total loads, sessions, and unique viewers across a selected timeframe. You can also arrange the data using the dropdown for Daily, Weekly, or Monthly views.
- Average session time: An aggregate average time of sessions in minutes and seconds.
- Click through rate: Total CTA clicks (external links, forms, and schedulers) divided by total sessions.
- Engaged sessions: The percentage of total sessions lasting 30 seconds or more.
Tour Center Table
See a list of all your Tour Centers along with several data points including Loads, Sessions, Unique viewers, and Avg. session time. Selecting the arrow will open the individual Tour Center analytics.
Tour Center Analytics Individual Page
- Total Tour Center loads: Total impressions (page loads) within a selected date range for this specific Tour Center, regardless of visitor engagement (hover/clicks).
- Total Tour Center sessions: Total number of times someone has clicked into this Tour Center or hovered over an element that triggers an action (showing they actually engaged with it).
- Total Tour Center unique viewers: Total number of unique visitors who have started a session.
- Average session time: Average time of sessions in minutes and seconds for this Tour Center.
- Click through rate: Total CTA clicks (external links, forms, and schedulers) divided by total sessions.
- Average topics viewed: An average count of topics viewed compared to total number of topics.
- Engaged Sessions chart: Shows the percentage of sessions that are considered engaged (lasting at least 30 seconds).
- Topics chart: Horizontal bar chart listing all Topics, color separated by whether they were Responded to, Declined, or Skipped.
The table below shows you all the Topics in your Tour Center, how many Content Tracks are in each, and other data around Responses, Average Time spent, and how many Conversions occurred with a specific Topic active.
- Conversion trends chart: Forms and schedulers opened via CTA clicks vs sessions with a conversion.
- CTA click chart: Displays total counts for CTA clicks between Links, Forms, Schedulers, or the Save & share button.
Content table: Displays the content within your Tour Center, its type, and average time spent.
Traffic source: See where traffic is coming from to your Tour Center by source URL.
