TrustRadius Integration Instructions
The instructions detail how to add an interactive Tourial demo to a TrustRadius product listing by logging into the TrustRadius Vendor Portal, editing the product listing to add a product demo, copying and adjusting the Tourial URL (removing "/pages" and updating the domain if white-labeled), entering a title and selecting "Interactive Demo" as the type, then saving or submitting the changes so the demo appears under the listing's Product Demos section.
TrustRadius Product Listings allow you to add an interactive tour or demo to your profile so you can showcase your product's "how" quickly and easily. Follow the steps below after you've launched your tour.
Steps to Add a Tourial Demo to TrustRadius
- 1.Login to the TrustRadius Vendor Portal
- 2.Go to Edit on your Product Listing.
- 3.Scroll down and select Product Demo.
- Bonus: You can add more than one tour!
- 4.In Tourial, copy your Tourial URL by clicking Save.
- We recommend cloning your Tour first to differentiate Tour analytics.
- Note: If you're on a plan with white-labeled URLs, you'll need to switch your root domain and the Tourial subdomain (i.e., update
tourial.acme.comtoacme.tourial.com).
- 5.Paste the URL into the URL field.
- You'll need to remove
/pagesfrom your Tour URL so what remains is the raw Tourial URL — for example,https://acme.tourial.com/pages/product-tourbecomeshttps://acme.tourial.com/product-tour.
- You'll need to remove
- 6.Enter a Title and select Interactive Demo for the Demo Type.
- 7.Click Save, or hit Submit if you're all done making edits.
And that's it! You and visitors can find your Product Demos under your listing's “Product Demos” section.
